Organic Waste
Organic waste is material that is biodegradable and comes from either a plant or an animal- It is usually broken down by other organisms over time and may also be referred to as wet waste. Most of the time, it is made up of vegetable and fruit debris, paper, bones, and human waste which quickly disintegrate. In this context plastic, rubber, municipal waste, oily send and heavy oils and many other waste materials are considered organic waste because of there organic origin.
Clean Energy
Clean energy may have a specific definition in your mind — you may think it's synonymous with 'renewable energy'. Clean energy is energy that does not put any harmful imprint to the environment while it is produced.Clean energy for us means take care of biggest problem on earth and transforming it to a clean energy without any emissions to the environment.
Material that can be extracted from the waste is very much conditioned by the input waste material.
First we make detailed chemical analysis of the input waste material and then we decide what will the end product material be. Most common input materials are: Plastic, Rubber, Waste Tires, RDF, Municipal waste, Purifier sludge, Slaughter house waste and so one....
LTC Process
Low-Temperature-Hydrolysis (LTC technology works on 600°C) is a flexible, reliable and clean energy technology that can turn a variety of low-value feed-stocks (waste materials) into a high-value product (syngas). The LTC process takes advantage of a natural process: hydrocarbons naturally break apart when exposed to heat. Thus, in an oxygen-free environment, the LTC system creates the ideal condition to allow this breakdown to create clean synthesis gas (syngas) from hydrocarbon contained in waste materials and bio-mass. The process produces no smoke and no noise, and results in a virtually complete conversion of organics into energetic gas. Those solids that cannot be converted are ejected at the end of the process in a sterile sand-like state.

The configuration of the LTC Plant is decided upon customer request and each LTC Plant is tailor made to the customer preferences. It is not the same if the customer wants to produce electrical and heating energy or he wants to produce liquid fuel or some other end product....
